The main chemical content of High Alumina Lightweight Bricks is high alumina bauxite. Adding appropriate additives and strictly classified organic filling, the bricks are sintered at difference temperature according to the demand on various application temperature and density. The excellent heat insulation of high alumina lightweight bricks reduce the wall thickness of the kiln and maintain the volume stability of the kiln body while firing. Six surfaces of each bricks have been machined in accurate dimension, which increase the speed of construction and keep the bricks gap thin. And therefore, ensures the kiln body being higher in bending strength and stability.
