According to the demand on different type of light weight brick,JGQ series Mullite light weight bricks are made of high purity refractory clay and appropriated amount high purity raw materials. Since all the types of light weight bricks have strictly classified organic filling, after being fired in the kiln, this organic filling will burned off and produce minor and uniform pore structure. And this pore structure has very good thermal insulation, and keeps the kiln wall remains thinner. Because of the light weight and lower thermal conductivity,JGQ series light weight bricks are lower in heat accumulation and excellent in energy saving in intermittent kiln. The less content on iron and low melting point alkali metal ensures the bricks remain very good characteristics in reduction atmosphere.
Since each of light weight bricks are strictly machined in 6 different surfaces, the bricks are much easier in construction and the gap of each bricks becomes narrower. Therefore, keeps the bricks higher in bending strength and stable in quality. Besides, in order to reduce the quantity of the bricks and gap of each bricks, different dimension of the bricks can be customized.
